1. General Terms & Conditions

Unless otherwise stated below, any firm offer from the Seller and any order issued by the Buyer to Seller for goods and/or services herein, will be strictly limited to Seller’s terms & conditions of sale. The prices quoted are firm and will remain valid for one (1) month from the date of quotation.

2. Currency

All prices in this Quotation are in Indonesian Rupiah unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms

100% advanced payment.

4. Taxes

Prices are Inclusive of VAT 11% taxes.

5. Cancellation

No cancellation can be made after Purchase Order has been released.

6. Rental Terms

Rental rate quoted based on daily basis.
Rental is door to door our facility.
Personnel are charged door to door. A part of the day will be charged as full day.
Customer is responsible to cover ALL RISKS insurance.
3 days minimum rent.
Payment deposit 3 day rent.
Price is exclude accomodation, meals and transportation from our location – site – our location.
